Pilar Harris is an experienced CSR professional and advocate based in Las Vegas. With a background in international development, she has worked on corporate impact projects across four continents including Africa, India, South America and Europe. Pilar completed a Master of Arts degree at New York University where her thesis project documented the development of smartphone applications for women farmers in rural India. Today, she is Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, where she hopes to bring positive lasting change to Las Vegas through motorsport. Pilar is an avid houseplant collector and enjoys short walks with her Frenchie, Teddy.

Will Spellman has nearly a decade of sales, service, corporate partnership and marketing experience within professional baseball, basketball, football, and hockey. Will completed his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Will worked for the Los Angeles Rams and SoFi Stadium, helping sell out one of the most ambitious new stadium projects to date. Today, Will is the Premium Sales Manager at Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, where he hopes to bring unique experiences and best-in-class service to fans at one of the greatest sporting events to come to The Strip, and the world.

Parking Information

Parking is free at SAHARA Las Vegas for all guests. There are two parking garages to provide convenient access with entrances from Las Vegas Boulevard and Paradise Road. Each entrance also offers free valet parking.

If you need to cancel your registration it must be more than 72 hours of the event. Refund requests will not be accepted within 72 hours of the event. No shows will be charged in full.
