An Out-of-This-World Evening Awaits

Join the Las Vegas Hospitality Association for a reception-style mixer as we celebrate our community and announce the results of the 2026 LVHA Board of Directors Election!

Prepare to embark on a voyage to humanity’s new home — the exoplanet Arcadia — with Interstellar Arc, a multi-sensory, immersive odyssey of epic scale. Guests will have the opportunity to “launch” into the experience and explore this imaginative new world firsthand.

Enjoy food and beverages provided by AREA15 Catering, along with an outdoor reception in Game Depot, featuring interactive games, themed entertainment, and stellar prizes.
(Game Depot is outdoors with heaters provided — jackets recommended.)

LVHA Board Elections

Final voting will be open onsite from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, followed by the announcement of the 2026 LVHA Board of Directors later that evening.

Fill a Bag with Cheer

This event will also serve as the first drop-off for our annual Fill a Bag with Cheer drive, supporting families and individuals in need this holiday season. Bring a donation and help us spread joy throughout the community!

If you need to cancel your registration it must be more than 72 hours of the event. Refund requests will not be accepted within 72 hours of the event. No shows will be charged in full.
