Jon has nearly 40 years’ experience being a thought leader in the entertainment, hospitality and nightlife industries. Best known as Executive Producer and star of Bar Rescue, now in its 7^th season, Jon is also a New York Times Bestseller, has written Don’t Bullsh*t Yourself and Raise the Bar, launched his mixer and seltzer line, Taffer’s Mixologist, in 2019 and created a revolutionary new casual dining concept, Taffer’s Tavern, with its first location opening Q3 2020 in Alpharetta, GA. Concurrently, Jon also runs Taffer Virtual Teaching, his digital teaching platform, and Taffer Dynamics, his business consulting firm. Over the years, he has consulted for a range of well-known brands including Fortune 500 hospitality companies. In Vegas, Jon volunteers his time to the Keep Memory Alive Board of Directors and offers up his seasoned hospitality skills to the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the UNLV.
